Randomosities: A week in review

Through all the hububble, tears, and adventures of the last week I decided to look back with the perspective of an optimist and present the absolute highlights. Because no matter how awful any particular day was, there is always something to smile about.

Made my days:

Monday: A text from Josh. I miss my big brother more then words can say. Monday is his free day, the only day we can communicate with him. He said he “really really” enjoyed the letter I sent him ( a letter he christened “toot-ems epistle”). For Josh to really really anything is pretty special, so of course I couldn’t help but smile the rest of the day.

Tuesday: I finally met them. The family I have been admiring from afar for the past two years. Turns out she had been meaning to introduce herself for a long time ( I am known in the neighborhood as the girl who walks/jogs/and talks to herself a whole lot). So maybe my love for these former strangers wasn’t as creepy I assumed.

Wednesday: I found this website. It is absolutely amazing. If you ever, ever have an hour to spare, you need to check out the module on “space weather.” I was seriously “woowing” and “aahing” my whole way through the module. Definitely worth a nerd file.

Thursday: This audio clip ( thanks to the Morgan’s lovely blog)

Friday: I am anticipating it…

Author: Susanna

I'm Susanna, a 20-year-old Christian girl incorrigibly addicted spontaneous adventures. My first dream was to become a pioneer. Unfortunately, I was born a couple centuries late, so I've decided to read, cook, run, and travel the world until my time machine is finished. You'll mostly likely find me getting into trouble and/or eating licorice. I am currently blogging the misadventures of a middle-school teacher in training. Come join me on my quest to become the next Ms. Frizzle!
