Hooray For New Dreams.

I am trying to cope with the idea of staying home. I am actually getting a little excited about the community college nearby. They offer a pre-licensure course that would allow me to become an official real estate broker before I even start college. How cool would that be?

(Have I mentioned that I have a strange obsession with houses for sale, particularly beaten up antiquish ones?)

Ooh, and they also have forensics classes and a forklift driving license course. Talk about interests hidden talents!

I’ve always secretly kinda wanted to be a detective.
Other ideas include:
-learning to juggle, like actually getting really good at it.
-saving up for smaller domestic trips to visit friends in Kentucky and Missouri.
-focusing more on my historical fiction novel and pursuing publication.
Right now I am just praying that the Lord shows me His perfect way. My amazing daddy saved all the data in my broken computer, so that is no longer an issue. Now perhaps I can just buy a cheap cheap computer that can take me through college or find a way to get my computer fixed for cheaper than the apple price.
The world is still full of possibilities and dreams.
For that, I am very thankful.

I'm Susanna, a 20-year-old Christian girl incorrigibly addicted spontaneous adventures. My first dream was to become a pioneer. Unfortunately, I was born a couple centuries late, so I've decided to read, cook, run, and travel the world until my time machine is finished. You'll mostly likely find me getting into trouble and/or eating licorice. I am currently blogging the misadventures of a middle-school teacher in training. Come join me on my quest to become the next Ms. Frizzle!

  1. Come to Missouri, yes! Pretty please?

P.S. Community college is a great resource. I'm glad I decided to go there for two years because I was offered enough financial aid that I ended up not having any debt for those years. Plus it was good for me to be able to live at home for a little while after high school before moving all over the state.
