Because perfect just wasn’t good enough:

If you follow this blog you know that I enjoy pinteresting online vacations, online exploration and trip planning, and writing about my favorite adventurous locations on this blog. Today I wanted to post just a snippet about Reykjavik Iceland. Just a snippet – bear with me here:

Reykjavik is a bright and colorful little town on the arctic circle. It is the northernmost capital in the world. You can find every Icelander in one phone book.

Iceland is both the cleanest and the most peaceful country in the whole world.

Iceland is home to many natural wonders including a bridge between two continents, glorious waterfalls, geothermal pools, and a mere 130 volcanoes:

Now here is the rub… this post is about more than another pinterest vacation.

So I am heading to the UK for March. I feel so privileged and blessed and happy – it has been hard for me to sleep for the past three nights and yet I still don’t feel tired. This is adrenaline like I’ve never experienced before.

However, there is one more thing that I failed to mention in my last post…

Remember how I said we found a really cheap ticket? That ticket happens to be on a budget airline called Icelandic air. ICELANDIC AIR my friends! That means that my layover is in Iceland. ICELAND my friends! Not only that, but to promote tourism the airline allows you to extend your layover for a few days in order to explore their capital, Reykjavik.

How could I say no?

And that means that not only am I going to be spending a month in the UK. On the way there I will be having two days of adventures in Iceland.

This my friends, is the first time that a pinteresting vacation is going to become real life.
